PROBLEMS LOGGING IN?
If you are experiencing issues with the password reset process, please email membership@4wdabc.ca for assistance. Sometimes the system will tell you (incorrectly) that your email address isn’t recognized, while some email services are rejecting our server-generated emails. Reach out, and we can work some magic for you.
MERCH PICKUP AND SHIPPING
Like the rest of us, the Membership Director is a volunteer with a life and a job. Once a week, usually on the weekend, she travels on her own time and dime from Surrey to the storage locker in Mission to pick up the week’s orders for shipping and for those picking them up.
If you’ve opted for local pickup, you will be contacted after she visits the locker and has your gear ready.
Your patience is appreciated!
MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES
Catch the next mailout by renewing or signing up before the end of each month. Data is pulled on the 1st of each month, with about a week of processing before they hit Canada Post for transit. Still missing your 2022 package? Email membership@4wdabc.ca
Please note: we’re out of stock of the 2023 calendars, but 2024 calendars will start going out to all members in December!
WELCOME TO THE
FOUR WHEEL DRIVE ASSOCIATION OF BRITISH COLUMBIA
We are proud to be the Stewards of British Columbia’s Back Yard since 1977.
This is a mission we all take very seriously. As time marches forward, politics change and four-wheel exploration becomes more accessible, our work has continued to grow.
Many people are unaware of what we do here at the 4WDABC, beyond the great community tools and events, so we wanted to explain a little of what we’ve done for BC and it’s people.

WHAT WE DO
OUR GOALS & MISSION
CONSERVATION
Protect our wild spaces
To protect our natural resources and the heritage of our land through conservation practices so people may enjoy them for generations to come; to maintain a uniform set of safety rules and regulations.
EDUCATION
For future explorers
To inform and educate our members and the public in wise and sensible use of four wheel drive vehicles; to disseminate information, including pending legislation that may be detrimental to the interests of four wheel drive owners.
RECREATION
Enjoy the wild expanses
To promote recreational activities that involve the off pavement use of four wheel drive vehicles, encourage multiple land use and allow access to the back-country; to promote responsible attitudes toward the use of public and private lands.
