BEING INVOLVED
4WDABC in the COMMUNITY
Everyone is familiar with the various ways we participate in the wheeling world, from rec site maintenance and cleanups and our educational programs like Wheelers of Tomorrow and Wheeling Wisely to our charitable work on the back roads like the famous Toy Runs and our outings with kids from Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the Burn Fund…
But did you know about some of the other ways we interact with the non-wheeling parts of the community?
The Four Wheel Drive Association of BC is now a member of the Partners for Life program with Canadian Blood Services.
RECYCLING RETURNS
CLEAN UP, SUPPORT THE CAUSE
EXCITING NEWS!
You can now support the 4WDABC and our future clean-up efforts by donating your empties to any Return-it Express Bottle Depot!
Refundable bottles and cans can be placed in a 90L clear or transparent bag and returned to any Return-it Express location throughout British Columbia.
All bags must be labeled by using the Express Label Stand at any Return-it Express location by entering the number 778-689-4064. You can even print extra labels to make your next drop-off even easier!
Once your bags are tagged, you can drop them off at any Express drop-off area.
For large drop-offs (if you have more than 6 bags), we recommend checking in with your local Express Return-it location in advance.
No sorting needed! Just Tag it, bag it, and drop off!
You can also drop them at any Express & GO station; these are automated, unstaffed Express locations that require unique one-time Express & GO PINs for entry. You will need to use your personal/unique Express & GO passcode to receive the one-time PIN, which will allow you to access the Express & GO station and drop off your tagged bags. Just attach our account number 778-689-4064 and make sure your bags are tagged!
